Building Repairs

Not every project involves designing a new building, plant or civil infrastructure. Many older or damaged buildings can be brought back to code, repaired, or modernized at a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole structure. UBSE will design and develop plans and specifications for the repair or replacement of damaged buildings, portions of buildings, or components.

Applying the same quality control, project management, and cost evaluation disciplines that we apply to new structures and engineering projects, UBSE will also initiate bidding processes to assist in the selection of experienced contractors and the cost-effective execution of the various structural, civil and/or electrical requirements associated with the repair or renovation.
